Tension released. Recovery accelerated.
David began his healthcare career as an Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist Assistant (OTA/PTA), gaining valuable experience in long-term care and acute care settings.
Inspired by both his clinical background and his cultural roots, where massage has long been a trusted way to care for others, he pursued a career in Massage Therapy.
Today, David is passionate about helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support their overall health through personalized, hands-on care.

What is Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy is a hands-on treatment that focuses on the muscles, joints, and other soft tissues of the body to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support your body's natural healing process.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with muscle tension, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to relieve stress, massage therapy can help improve mobility, decrease discomfort, and enhance your overall well-being.

What to expect
David will begin by reviewing your health history, discussing your symptoms, lifestyle, and any previous injuries or concerns. They will assess your movement, posture, and areas of tension to better understand the source of your discomfort.
From there, you'll receive a personalized massage therapy treatment tailored to your needs. Whether your goal is pain relief, injury recovery, improved mobility, stress reduction, or relaxation, your treatment will be designed specifically for you.
Before you leave, your therapist will discuss their findings, provide recommendations for ongoing care if appropriate, and may suggest stretches or self-care strategies to help you get the most out of your treatment.
Our goal is for you to leave feeling better, moving better, and with a clear plan to support your long-term health.
Enhance your Massage Treatment
To help maximize your results, you may choose to add cupping therapy to your session.
Cupping Therapy uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, helping to increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support the body's natural healing process. It can be especially beneficial for tight muscles, chronic pain, sports recovery, and stubborn areas of tension.
David will discuss whether cupping is appropriate for your condition and customize your treatment based on your individual needs and goals.
