About the program

The GrowCo Postpartum Program is a 12-class, in-person rehabilitation series designed specifically for postpartum women who want to rebuild strength safely and intentionally.

Breathwork

Re-establish proper breathing patterns to support pelvic floor function, reduce pressure, and reconnect your core from the inside out.

Core & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

Target deep core and pelvic floor muscles safely and effectively to restore control, strength, and coordination — without overloading or compensation.

Postural Strengthering

Improve posture and alignment to reduce strain on the spine, pelvis, and nervous system — especially important after months of pregnancy and baby-carrying.

Glute Strengthening

Build strong, supportive glutes to stabilize the pelvis, protect the low back, and improve overall movement patterns for daily life and exercise.

Hello, I’m Dr. Melissa, and I can’t wait to help you feel strong, confident, and supported in your postpartum body again!

As a chiropractor with a passion for women’s health and rehabilitation, I work closely with moms who are ready to move beyond “you’re cleared” and into true, functional healing. I understand that postpartum recovery isn’t just about getting rid of symptoms, it’s about rebuilding strength, restoring stability, and helping you trust your body again, even years after delivery.

My goal is simple: to help you reconnect with your body, move with confidence, and feel empowered whether you're in this new chapter of motherhood .
