Massage Menu

Deep Tissue Massage

Pressure Point Massage

Deep tissue massage will work out the knots from stressed, overworked muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to alleviate immediate pain, as well as chronic joint and muscle pain. It also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

Lymphatic Massage/Hydrotherapy

Massage Therapy

Light rhythmic movements stimulate the lymphatic system without pressing hard on the vessel. They make the lymph fluid move easily through the nodes and tissues, making sure the fluid doesn't get trapped anywhere.  It also helps relieve painful swelling in your arms and legs caused by lymphedema.

CranioSacral Therapy

Head Massage

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage

This treatment helps relieve tension, eases muscle stiffness, and increases circulation. Hot stone therapy promotes healing by targeting the deeper layers of muscle through the use of heated stones. Combined with regular massage, this treatment delivers a wealth of benefits.
