Initial Assessment
The Initial Assessment is the first appointment and required for all new patients of the clinic.
This appointment will commence with a conversation about your chief complaint, as well as medical history & lifestyle. Following this conversation, a physical exam will be conducted to understand which structures are generating discomfort.
Finally, an overview of what was found during the physical exam will be discussed.
Report of Findings
& x-ray Consultation
The Report of Findings is the second appointment. During this appointment the individualized treatment plan will be discussed with each patient, based off the initial assessment findings. X-ray images and lifestyle modifications will also be discussed.
An adjustment/treatment will occur at this appointment.
Chiro + P.I.C
Appointment
This appointment consists of a chiropractic adjustment followed by the signature acupuncture treatment P.i.C (Precise Immediate Cure).
Lifestyle modifications and rehab exercises will be prescribed and discussed.
Re-evaluation
This appointment is a bench-mark appointment to evaluate patient progress since the initial assessment or previous re-evaluation.
A modification to the patients current treatment plan will be considered and implemented based on their progress.
A chiropractic adjustment will follow.
Patients with an established treatment plan are eligible for this appointment.
Orthotic Assessment
This appointment is an in-depth analysis of your walking pattern and foot biomechanics.
Each patient will have their foot assessed on the laser scanner and the dynamic pressure plate to anaylze the foot in a static and dynamic function.

Please note: new patients of the clinic must undergo an initial assessment, which will include the orthotic assessment.
